Product Description
Protects the cooktop
When you slide pans across the glass surface of your cooktop, it can cause unwanted scratches. Fortunately, the soft finish of the induction protector offers a solution: you can now easily slide pots and pans across the cooktop without leaving any scratches. The non-slip layer on the bottom of the protector ensures that it stays firmly in place on the cooktop.
Expand Your Workspace
With the induction protector, you can now make the most of your kitchen workspace, even if it’s a bit small. By placing the protector on your induction cooktop, you expand the surface area available for cooking. This allows you to accommodate more pans and other cooking utensils without running out of space.
Also serves as a splash guard
While cooking, you naturally want to avoid food scraps and grease splattering onto the wall and making it dirty. The protector catches these splatters and prevents them from landing on the wall. This keeps your kitchen clean and hygienic. Using the two pairs of included hanging hooks (black and clear), you can easily hang the mat.
Heat-resistant up to 80 °C
The induction protector is heat-resistant up to 80 °C, which means you can safely place hot pans and pots on it. However, it’s important to note that the protector is NOT intended for cooking, as the temperature must not exceed 80 degrees Celsius.
Easy to clean
The induction protector is dishwasher-safe, which means you can simply place it in the dishwasher after use for a thorough cleaning.
Please note:
- The cover plate is NOT intended for cooking and must never be placed on a hot cooktop.
- Before ordering our cover plate, we recommend measuring your cooktop to ensure you order the correct size. We suggest ordering a slightly larger size rather than one that’s too small, so the protector fits properly and provides optimal protection.

Prevent Scratches & Keep It Looking Like New
Scratches caused by dragging pans and burned-on food residue not only affect the appearance of the cooktop but also impact its cooking performance. Heat is distributed less evenly. Ultimately, this can significantly shorten the cooktop’s lifespan, resulting in the need for replacement.

I was always short on space
“Our kitchen was brand new, and since I often ran out of counter space, I used the stovetop as an extra counter. That worked fine until it got scratched. Luckily, I discovered this cover plate. Now I have that extra space, and the stovetop stays scratch-free.”

Frequently Asked Questions
Are the protectors heat-resistant?
Our mats can withstand temperatures up to 280 degrees Celsius. This is due to the use of a special, durable silicone rubber in their manufacture. Thanks to this heat resistance, you can safely use them while cooking without worrying that they will warp or be damaged by the heat.
Isn't there any heat loss?
That's right! An induction cooktop uses magnetism: a magnetic field generates an electric current in the pan. This current heats the pan directly, without using heat to warm the pan itself. This means there is no heat loss during the cooking process, allowing you to cook more efficiently and quickly.
Can I use a mat that's bigger than the pan?
Are your mats just a little bigger than the bottom of your pan? That doesn't matter, because it doesn't affect how your pan heats up. The induction cooktop will recognize the pan, and the magnetic field will pass right through the mat.
How long do induction protectors last?
Our company and product have been around for 4 years now. To this day, our protectors are used daily by both us and our first customers, and they are still in excellent condition. This makes our protectors extremely durable and a wise long-term investment.
What's the best way to clean the protective mats?
We recommend wiping down the mats with a dishcloth after use. After a while, it’s best to give them a thorough cleaning in the dishwasher (if you have one), or otherwise just with warm water and a little dish soap.
